Hi! I'm Natasha,

I'm a creative catalyst for the ideas in your what the f*ck pile.

Hi! I'm Natasha,

When you ask what I do, I respond,
"What do you need done?"

I focus on solving business problems through design thinking, listening to your chaotic thoughts to uncover underlying themes and transform challenges into effective solutions.

Here's how I got here

TLDR in purple ⚡️

Studied psychology, life sciences + business management 🤓

For 8 years, my education in life sciences shaped me to think about things holistically and systematically.

Then, studying business and psychology with environmental sciences in University taught me that life is a hypothesis, everything is data, and it's all connected.

I majored in Business Management, and studied Psychology as well as Biology at University of Toronto.

Worked in Investment Advice 🤑

I began my career in Wealth, exploring financial markets through banking systems in Private Investment Advice.

Little did I know how much I would learn about the process of creating a business as an advisor. Just like any business, being an advisor requires building a deep understanding of your client base, their needs and pain points, as well as working within your own resource capacity.

Little did I know how much I would learn about the process of creating a business as an advisor. Just like any business, being an advisor requires building a deep understanding of your client base, their needs and pain points, as well as working within your own resource capacity.

Working with Investment Advisors, I quickly learned to craft high ROI solutions for client problems.

Thinking in systems 💡

In 2018, on a trip in San Francisco I learned about UX Design.

Within a year, I left the bank to pursue a diploma in UX which taught me my favourite skill: systems thinking. Since then, I have used systems thinking to solve problems holistically, thereby saving resources down the pipeline.

Working in iterations 🔄

Now, with 5 years of experience working at startups, agencies, and as an independent freelancer, I know what it takes to ship solutions.

My philosophy focuses on aligning business and product goals as the sweet spot for incremental, yet impactful progress.

Navigating personal change creatively 🦋

When I'm not designing for clients, I'm working on scaling an immersive group experience I call "Metamorphosis".

This workshop creatively leads a group of strangers through the process of attaching to, and then detaching from identity as a way to forego the comfort zone, accept themselves as they are, and create true belonging from a place of non-judgemental acceptance.
