Hi! I'm Natasha,

I'm passionate about creating solutions that empower founders.

  • No, seriously, I think about empowering founders literally all the time
  • Don't believe me?
  • Send me a message and ask me what I'm thinking about right now

Here's how I got here ↓

Here's my story — along with some images I created in Dall-E 3

TLDR in neon ⚡️

Hi! I'm Natasha,

Diverse background 🖇️

For 8 years, my education in medical sciences shaped my thinking in labs. It taught me to see life as a hypothesis and everything as data.

During my Bachelors, I explored Business Management, and Psychology while pursuing a Biology major in genetics, and microbiology.

I majored in Business Management, and studied Psychology as well as Biology at University of Toronto.

Primary fuel — curiosity 🔋

Throughout undergraduate, my underlying interest was in understanding the interrelationships between human biology, psychology, and economics in larger societal structures.

Worked in investment advice 🤑

I began my career in Wealth, exploring financial markets through Private Investment Advice.

Working with Investment Advisors, I quickly learned to craft high ROI solutions for client problems.

Managing Wealth 💸

I started my career in Wealth, exploring financial markets through Private Investment Advice.

Working alongside advisors who ran their own businesses and crafted client solutions inspired me to engage in problem-solving, specifically in a digital context.

UX was a calling 📲

In 2018, on a trip in San Francisco I learned about "UX Design". And it changed my life.

Through diving deeper into design as a field, I've discovered my passion for project management, team building, streamlining processes, communicating with stakeholders and so many things I enjoy.

Thinks in systems💡

In 2018, on a trip in San Francisco I learned about UX Design.

Within a year, I left the bank to pursue a diploma in UX.

Through design, I learned to tackle creative challenges, manage projects, build teams, and streamline processes.

Linear is a lie ➰

With over 4 years of experience working at startups, agencies, and as an independent freelancer, I know the truth about shipping products.

The UX process is far from linear and nothing short of a good, fun, chaotic time with a lot of love, and attention to detail.

I've adapted Design Thinking to support teams of varying UX maturity through conversation and workshops.

Creatively navigates change 🦋

When I'm not designing for clients, I'm working on scaling an immersive group experience I call "Metamorphosis".
